Actions
The ‘Actions’ button gives you access to the list of actions/tasks. Actions can be incoming or outgoing telephone conversations, incoming or outgoing e-mails, incoming or outgoing faxes, tasks, private cases, holidays,... Not only do you have an overview of all the tasks that are already performed concerning a client, prospect or project, but you also get a clear view on all the tasks that have to be carried out. Tasks can be sorted on priority, date, client, project or any other criteria. Actions can be linked to one or more companies and contacts, projects, opportunities, helpdesk cases and one or more documents can be added to an action. At last, an e-mail to all linked contacts or companies can be easily sent by simply clicking the e-mail button. Custom fields can be added to will and these fields can be structured in one or more tabs.
