Agenda

The Agenda gives you an overview of your own and your colleagues' schedule. You can consult the agenda in a daily, weekly or monthly view. It offers an easy way to organize meetings or plan tasks when everybody is available. Overhead projectors, beamers, meeting rooms etc. can also be booked.

The Efficy agenda is compatible with the Outlook calendar, but Efficy has the advantage that actions can be immediately linked to companies, contacts, projects, sales etc. If you have an Exchange Server, the Efficy and Outlook agenda are automatically synchronized. As a result, employees who don’t use Efficy can still consult their Efficy colleagues' agenda.
