Documents

Documents are stored in the database and are no longer lost on hard disks and directories. Moreover, documents can be secured with all the rights applied in Efficy. Trough version management several versions of a document (e.g. a tender) can be stored.

Not only Word documents but also Excel files, pictures, drawings, presentations… every Windows-supported format can be saved in the database and opened in Efficy.

Timesaving: multiple search criteria can be used to find a document in the fastest way possible. Custom fields can also be added in this module.
