Efficy links your e-mail messages to contacts, companies, projects,... and makes them easy to find. Starting from an e-mail, a follow-up action can be planned easily - including the content of that e-mail.
Using Outlook, e-mails can be directly coupled to Efficy objects. The e-mail is saved in the Outlook format and can be consulted any time you want to. Efficy’s force is collecting all of the inbound and outbound e-mails within the contact and company cards while linking them to the proper sales opportunities or projects. Attached documents are automatically recognized and stored in Efficy linked to the e-mail, contact and any other related item.
