Efficy uses an Integrated Reporting Server, which works with Crystal Reports. Efficy comes with a series of default reports, but you can create your own reports using Crystal Reports and include them into the Reporting Server afterwards.
Reports are created and saved directly on the server. These reports are available trough your browser. If you want to receive reports automatically on a regular basis, this is possible trough e-mail. For example, your company management could receive reports every Monday morning, for an up-to-date start of each new week.
