Efficy comes with a simple query wizard that accompanies the user step by step when he wants to create a query. Own user-defined fields can be used within a query. Multiple selection criteria are possible and all objects are available. Queries can be recycled as often as needed using parameters. If you have any experience with SQL, your can create your own SQL queries and define its parameters as you wish. The Google Search button simplifies searching for the right query. Within the different screens of Efficy, queries can be made to show results in the most appropriate way. These queries or views can be saved for further search tasks. For example: in the actions module, a query can be created that shows you all the actions to be completed, or a query to show you all the incoming e-mail messages, etc.
