19/05/2010 - Efficy launches its first Marketing Campaign in Germany

A marketing campaign under the name of “Solutions for professional associations” was launched in Germany last month. The fact that the campaign targets these professional associations is no coincidence as Efficy CRM has already proven its worth in major organisations of this kind: BECI (Brussels Enterprises Commerce and Industry), UITP (International Association of Public Transport) and Guberna (Belgian Administrators Institute).

For such organisations, Efficy CRM offers a wide variety of features including membership management, customer satisfaction analysis and support tools for standardization (ISO standards). With Efficy CRM, their members receive enhanced helpdesk support and service through using this very practical and user-friendly CRM interface.

This first Marketing Campaign has been launched in conjunction with MegaSolution, Efficy’s first German partner.

Efficy CRM is expanding on the European market and users of it are now numbered in their thousands. Efficy aims to become a European reference within 5 years.
