Efficy 2010 is a new way of working with and managing documents:

• Treat yourself to easy, practical previews using the slide view and picture and PDF file previews.

• Thanks to the improved ‘full text’ indexation you can make enhanced searches of any word or phrase contained in the attachments throughout the entire database.

• Share your files with others who don’t yet have Efficy by using Efficy 2010’s integrated export features.

 

• E-mail management

 

• Integration with Outlook Web Access enables you to save your e-mails in Efficy CRM from any computer connected to the Internet.

• The new version includes the organisation of e-mail discussions as threads and you can view your e-mails grouped into particular subjects.
• ‘My Day in Efficy’ has been renewed to be a 100% customisable, dynamic dashboard. You choose what you want to display and where you want to display it.

 

• Visual Workflow Management

 

• The new version of Efficy CRM manages the automation of business processes visually. A new graphical interface allows you to define your internal processes and manage notifications, screens, etc.
