22/02/2011 - ISO 9001:2008 certified!

We are proud to announce you that we’ve successfully achieved the ISO 9001:2008 term. This term is part of the ISO 900-serie which includes standards for companies that want to guaranty quality to their clients. Because Efficy proved, to the ISO institution, that they only operate by those norms, they’ve received their certificate. This means that Efficy aims for quality in a predefined and structured way.

One of these standard requirements is to write down our quality policy and communicate this to our employees. Efficy as an organization has to assure a maximization of their client satisfaction. The only way to do this is by meeting the customer’s needs and wants as well as the ISO requirements. As from today an ISO auditor will regularly examine Efficy to see if we’re still meeting the requirements.
