This department covers three activities:
- Support: Bug corrections for the Efficy CRM Group on highly technical and varied topics
- TPM: Correction and upgrade for end customer. Each member of the team is the main contact person for several TPM customers.
- Agile Design/Development/Maintenance of our own CRM solution and the Customer Portal

Marketing & Communication
We’ve been a 100% women’s team for a long time, and now we succeed to be completely well-balanced. We are the animators of internal events, press whisperers, the social media aficionadas, the fairies of external events, the lifeline of our beloved sales representatives, the wordsmiths of the net.

Pre-Sales & Product Marketing
The Pre-Sales & Product Marketing department exists to provide product expertise to our entire ecosystem.
Focused on customer satisfaction, the consultants work to present the many possibilities offered by the Efficy Group, to communicate about the latest innovations and to dream up the solutions which will answer needs reported back from the field or gathered through competitive intelligence.
The Pre-Sales & Product Marketing department works closely with the Sales department to support our sales representatives in the field; with the Professional Services department for training users, and with the R&D department to design the features of future releases.
We are a dynamic and passionate team of about 85 employees, with an average age of 28
What drives us: the implementation of projects and the satisfaction of our customers.
To achieve this goal, our team is made up of enthusiastic developers, trendy project managers, and friendly and ever-available team leaders.
Communication, respect and transparency are essential elements of our corporate values that managers ensure are maintained.
Research & Development
The R&D department’s main mission is to develop our CRM software system.
Of course, we offer the classical business needs: design and architecture, development and testing, compliance with best practices in terms of security, quality, scalability, etc.
However, customers often want and need “à la carte” options. One of our greatest assets and what gives us a real competitive advantage is our ability to offer a CRM software package that is functionally rich, but which remains very open, highly adaptable and customisable, whether in its data, processes or user interfaces.

In 2012, I joined Efficy from WinRIS, and was in charge of converting WinRIS customers to Efficy CRM. After that I was also given responsibility for existing customers and new business.
I have seen the company grow from the very beginnings with just six people to what we are now. Fourteen years later, I’m still here. I always loved the product and the diversity of working in the Projects department. There is never a dull day and the atmosphere among colleagues is ideal.
At Efficy, I had the opportunity to touch everything, I started as a developer, then analyst, then project manager, then team leader. And it’s here that I feel the best, thanks to the contact with the customer.
I joined Efficy as Operations Manager for Vente Partner, who joined the Efficy Group in June 2017. Since then I was able to advance to becoming a Senior Account Manager.

Women in IT
WIT2025 is a programme launched by Efficy to promote diversity in computer science and digital careers.
Through WIT2025, Efficy leverages its network to launch a number of initiatives among female engineering and university students to attract and hire more women in the IT sector.
Efficy is committed to continuous progress, based on the principle of professional equality between men and women:
- promotion of diversity of profiles;
- awareness campaigns to draw the attention of female engineering students towards digital careers,
- and close attention to non-discrimination in career paths.
