Customer support

This department covers three activities:

  • Support: Bug corrections for the Efficy CRM Group on highly technical and varied topics
  • TPM: Correction and upgrade for end customer. Each member of the team is the main contact person for several TPM customers.
  • Agile Design/Development/Maintenance of our own CRM solution and the Customer Portal

Pre-Sales & Product Marketing

The Pre-Sales & Product Marketing department exists to provide product expertise to our entire ecosystem.

Focused on customer satisfaction, the consultants work to present the many possibilities offered by the Efficy Group, to communicate about the latest innovations and to dream up the solutions which will answer needs reported back from the field or gathered through competitive intelligence.

The Pre-Sales & Product Marketing department works closely with the Sales department to support our sales representatives in the field; with the Professional Services department for training users, and with the R&D department to design the features of future releases.

Professional Services

We are a dynamic and passionate team of about 85 employees, with an average age of 28

To achieve this goal, our team is made up of enthusiastic developers, trendy project managers, and friendly and ever-available team leaders.

Research & Development

The R&D department’s main mission is to develop our CRM software system.

Of course, we offer the classical business needs: design and architecture, development and testing, compliance with best practices in terms of security, quality, scalability, etc.

However, customers often want and need “à la carte” options. One of our greatest assets and what gives us a real competitive advantage is our ability to offer a CRM software package that is functionally rich, but which remains very open, highly adaptable and customisable, whether in its data, processes or user interfaces.
