Support officer level 1 – Brussels

Skills – Profile

  • As a support officer you will provide first line technical support to our customers and partners across different countries.
  • You will be required to log and manage incoming mails and calls
  • You are strong in resolving incidents at the first point of contact and are able to assign more complex problems to the helpdesk Level 2 team or project teams.
  • You are able to communicate technical advice to non-technical end users and team members, and this in manner whereby they are able to fully understand the issue and solution.
  • Basic IT knowledge in software, HTML, MS-office.
  • Javascript, Databases, SQL are not absolute required for support L1 but can be an asset to evolve and grow within the company.
  • Fluent English, Dutch and French speaking. German is a plus.



  • A friendly and helpful personality is required to deal with customers. A great customer service and experience is absolutely a key for this position.
  • You understand that easy to use and reliable solutions are essential to bring business value to the customer.
  • You are a team player with a can-do mentality who doesn’t mind a challenge.
  • You are a fast learner who picks things up on the go. Actually, learning and being curious is literally your DNA.
  • You can work independently and handle responsibility well. People say you’re a grown up.
  • Load/Stress/Volume experience is a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting issues
