Will you be the face of our brand-new office in Paris? Welcoming your colleagues, business partners, customers, prospects… and every time with a smile? Are you also a jack of all trades and flexible? Then we most definitely want you in our team as our office assistant (M/F)!

You will be part of the Administrative and Financial Department of the company and will be in charge not only of the reception but also of the support and assistance to the local teams in their administrative procedures.

What do you do daily?

Not a day is the same at Efficy. As an office assistant. You never know in the morning how your day will look like and probably have done totally different things than you planned. But hey, that’s what you like isn’t it?  Just a random selection of your daily tasks:

  • Managing the phone switchboard.
  • Processing of the (e)-mail(s).
  • Welcoming partners, customers, new employees, …
  • Inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
  • Travel arrangements (Hotel, train, plane, etc.).
  • Supplier relationship management.
  • Participation and organization of internal activities within the framework of our DEX (Deeper employee Experience) program.
  • Preparation of meeting rooms.
  • Database update.
  • Various administrative support to the teams.

What you need to be our ‘Jack of all trades’

The office assistant is probably the most versatile person in our company. That’s why we ask from you at least:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Office Management or any other administrative orientation (Commerce, HR, etc.).
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Have a perfect command of French and a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
  • You are familiar with the Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel.
  • You are dynamic, highly organized, autonomous, rigorous and versatile.
  • You have a sense of responsibility and good communication skills.
  • Mail processing.
  • Welcoming partners, customers, new employees, …
  • Inventory management and procurement of office supplies
  • Travel arrangements (Hotel, train, plane, etc.)
  • Supplier relationship management
