The ScubaDiver Level


Once you have completed the Bubblemaker level, our Scuba Diver sessions will take you to a higher level. At this stage, you will become a daily user of Efficy CRM with considerable skills. Most importantly, this scuba diving experience will give you the necessary usage techniques and strategies specific to your position.

What do I get out of it?


The training will focus on all Efficy CRM modules related to sales. You will learn how to process lead life cycle, i.e. creating sales opportunities, sending offers and invoices to customers. Creating, adding products, proposal documents or follow-up actions will no longer be a mystery when you complete this training. In other words, you will learn everything you need to know to carry out a successful customer approach.
