What do I get out of it?

This training will make you discover your Efficy support and customer service management solution. Throughout this training session, you will learn how to manage the different communication channels (inputs and outputs) to ensure customer relationship follow-ups. This training will emphasize the creation of tickets, assignments, delegation and follow-up tasks. It will also show you your Efficy extranet interface, which offers a dedicated customer view.

Who Should Attend?

All users dedicated to your support, helpdesk (complaint department) or after-sales service. A few months of experience with your Efficy CRM are strongly recommended.

The Scuba Diver Level

Once you have completed the Bubblemaker level, our Scuba Diver sessions will take you to a higher level. At this stage, you will become a daily user of Efficy CRM with considerable skills. Most importantly, this scuba diving experience will give you the necessary usage techniques and strategies specific to your position.
