efficy Appoints Alfonso Tasso as New CEO

Brussels, the 25th of April — efficy, the leading European customer relationship management (CRM) provider for SMEs, today announced the appointment of Alfonso Tasso as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Tasso’s appointment follows efficy’s 10+ years of successful expansion across Europe under the leadership of Cédric Pierrard, co-founder and former CEO. With over 330,000 active users, approximately 500 employees and 15 acquisitions, the company continues to grow its family of CRM and marketing products, helping businesses streamline and optimise their operational needs within intuitive software solutions.

With more than 20 years of international experience establishing and scaling B2B tech businesses, Tasso brings invaluable knowledge to guide efficy’s growth initiatives. He joins efficy from Planet, formerly Hoist Group, a PE-backed SaaS & IT services business, where he served as CEO since 2015. During this time, he spearheaded the company to become EMEA’s champion of the Hospitality industry, growing it to Euro 150m in revenues.
