efficy Appoints Jean-Charles Nicolas as Chief Financial Officer

Brussels, the 30th of September - efficy, the leading European customer relationship management (CRM) provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Charles Nicolas as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Jean-Charles will be responsible for leading efficy’s global Finance, Administration, Legal, and Procurement teams and will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial sustainability and strategic business objectives.

Jean-Charles brings more than 20 years of experience in global business leadership, competitive technology markets, and managing financial departments to his role at efficy. Prior to joining the company, he served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), CFO, and controlling director at multiple companies within the telecommunications and software sectors. Jean-Charles joins efficy from Wisembly, where he served as CEO since 2020. He previously served as CFO at Altice Dominicana, the number one telecom provider in the Dominican Republic.
