Dutch CRM provider PerfectView continues under the efficy flag.

Brussels, 's-Hertogenbosch - 19 May 2021 - efficy, the Belgian specialist in customer relationship management (CRM) software, and its Dutch sector peer PerfectView are joining forces. This acquisition enables efficy to speed up its ambition to become the European market leader in CRM solutions.

PerfectView has been developing CRM software since 1984 and distinguishes itself by a prominent presence on the Dutch market with an extensive portfolio of CRM solutions and services. PerfectView has over 5.000 customers in 19 countries and a turnover of €5 M. efficy has been successfully managing and improving customer relations for over 15 years and has built up a strong position in delivering a wide range of CRM solutions and services in several European countries.
