A family business for over 90 years, Banides specializes in the design, manufacture and distribution of valves, fittings, hoses and safety products for natural gas, butane and propane installations.

Located in Le Tréport in Upper Normandy, the company has a hundred employees and a production site that includes a design office and a NF certification laboratory.

The context

The French and Export sales team is made up of a dozen people who were tracking and recording most of their activity on Excel spreadsheets. It was very complicated to have a clear vision and follow-up of the internal processes and indicators!

One of the key challenges of our CRM project is to provide our teams with a solution to improve their productivity. The solution must help them optimize and reduce their “administrative” work time in order to focus on sales with a better knowledge of the customer’s life internally.

As our sales force is not exclusively composed of “Millenials”, we wanted an intuitive, “fun” and easy-to-use CRM solution to simply involve all our employees in the project.

It was also imperative to find a mobile solution. As the sales people only visit the head office two or three times a year, they had to have total autonomy in the daily use of the solution and access to information.

During our research we looked at 8 potential solutions, audited 4 of them and finally chose Efficy. The choice of Efficy was first of all a user choice. Having conducted an internal consultation, it was the solution that appeared to be the most ergonomic. The interface and functionalities immediately convinced our reference users.

The opening of Efficy CRM solutions allows us to integrate the CRM solution with our Divalto ERP. Import of cumulative sales from the ERP to the CRM, synchronization of contacts, etc. The customer management cycle is continuous and we have a total vision of our business.
