As the previous CRM tool was outdated and the move to new offices was taking place, it was necessary for Accedis to change its CRM. The challenge was to opt for a fully cloud-based solution that would be operational very quickly.

During the transition from the old solution to efficy CRM, all data and fields were taken over. The whole process went smoothly, partly thanks to the close cooperation between Accedis and efficy. Thanks to the timely delivery, Accedis was able to use its cloud CRM as soon as it moved into its new offices.
The users were trained and efficy CRM was very intuitive, so they quickly found their feet in the tool. They particularly appreciated the ‘atomic model’ that links all the CRM elements together. Thanks to this model, Accedis has a 360° view of each customer. Multifunctionality is easily managed, and people working for several companies can be identified at a glance, without duplication. This way, the relationship with the customers is followed more efficiently.
In addition, the targeting functionality provides real added value to Accedis users who can generate targeted reports. These reports provide a better overview of relationship management, information sharing and projects. Accedis can then take appropriate action based on this information.
Efficy CRM has significantly improved the quality of customer relationship management. Interactions are better traced, so the trust between Accedis and its customers has increased.
Accedis is working on an even more personalized Customer Relationship Management to strengthen the trust of its customers. To do this, efficy CRM is used to keep track of individual preferences, in full compliance with RGPD. Thus, personalized marketing campaigns are sent out, replacing mass emailings that are too general. Finally, customer meetings are now also better prepared and therefore more efficient.
In the long term, Accedis wants to use efficy CRM’s mobile features to equip its field teams. And gamification can also play a role in the challenge and reward system that Accedis wants to set up. Whatever the case, efficy CRM will be able to adapt to the needs of all users.
