In this exceptional pandemic context, we would like to reassure our entire ecosystem about the measures we are taking to continue to provide a quality of service that meets your expectations.

The health of our employees is at the heart of our concerns and teleworking is in our culture. So we asked all of our teams to work from home until further notice. You should know that all means are implemented to allow us to continue working during this period with “efficiency”, our first value!

We asked our employees to limit their trips and meetings on site. If possible, please try to organize meetings via conference call. If teleconferencing was impossible, we count on all of our contacts to take the necessary measures to limit the risks and adopt barrier actions.

Our Support team remains available. In the event of an incident, please prefer your extranet account or email (support@efficy.com) over the phone. Indeed, your calls are diverted to the mobile numbers of our employees, which means that it could be less fluid than usual.

For any other request, you can reach your usual person of contact on his or her direct line, we asked everyone to activate call forwarding. In the event of an emergency, we are reachable via reception calls on 01 55 43 15 15.
